Casa Tilmacalli Hotel Boutique

This hotel boutique it's outstanding! The best that you may find in Punta Perula It's modern, clean and beautiful heated pool. Their restaurant offers a great variety of foods and drinks. It's a must visit. Some rooms have ocean views, and others have views to the garden and pool.

What a wonderful place! Such a great service from the staff, comprehensive, helpful, kind people. The pool, the rooms and lobby very clean. The restaurant is a 5-star place. Que gran lugar! My family and I visited Punta Perula to go to Islas Cocina. We loved our stay at here! This hotel is very modern and upscale. Everyone was very friendly. The best part of staying here was the pool. My daughters really enjoyed it.

Very nice hotel with great additions for every need. Filtered water in the hallways, a 2-minute walk to the beach, and a pool and bar. Would love to stay longer.

The rooms are clean, the service was kind, and its right next to the beach. The beach was clean and had no sharp shells mixed with the sand so it was nice.

Exceeded my expectations by far. Perula is still an authentic Mexican beach town, and as such, you have to adjust your expectations in terms of food and accommodation if you are used to go to more touristy places such as Vallarta or Cancun. However, Casa Timacalli tuned out to be even better than some hotels we stayed before at these big tourist places. The facilities were great, the food at its restaurants was good, the staff was great and very polite, and the room was impeccable and spacious. They really paid great attention to the details. I had a chance to talk to who I believe is the owner of this hotel, and he is a very nice person with a great vision and real interest in preserving Mexico's environments. This is a boutique hotel does not have that many rooms, but that, in my opinion, makes it even better. It has a nice pool area, and it is located only a block away from the beach. I also loved the town and the beach, as well as our trip to Isla Cocinas. There was a bit of trash at Perula Beach, I hope people get better at taking care and stop polluting. One piece of advice, bring cash. A lot of restaurants in town won't accept credit cards. This hotel and its restaurant do take credit cards.

Restaurant Texali is who this review is for. It's inside the hotel walls. It's 3 stars. The courtyard of the hotel is beautiful. Staff was super nice the whole time. Service was quick and available in English. Limited beer selection and we had to ask to have the fan turned on and windows opened. The meats were well prepared. We had fish, steak and chicken. The kitchen didn't bother with preparing the sides listed on the menu, but did sent out tortillas and we got extra salsa. So everyone but dad just made tacos on our plates. Good for a sit down change of pace if you're anchoring in Perula.
